Benefits. The only benefit Purge-type Taskmasters provide is crafting speed. They do not get additional bonuses in any other department. However, their bonuses in regards to Profession Specialization work just the same.

You can also change the thrall training speed in the server options. Smaller is faster. The multiplier is literally the multiplier.
